Carnival was offering shore excursions, different parties on board, etc. on DVD for sale for what was an exorbitant fee, but I decided to get the one for Virgin Gorda because I was in that one, and I didn't take my camera when I went. You have to pre-arrange to purchase one, which I did, they took my name, cabin number, etc. When it came time to go pick it up, I paid my money and they gave me a copy of the Welcome aboard party. I told them that wasn't the DVD that I wanted or ordered and they told me that was the only DVD left, that they had sold my copy to someone else. I asked if they were able to make another one and they said, no the video department was closed. I told them I wanted my money back, that I wasn't interested in the one they gave me. They didn't want to give me my money back. I told them I wasn't leaving until I got my money back, so they finally got a manager to open the register to give me my money back. There had been a lot of problems on this cruise (and I am very easy to please) and this ended it on a very bad note. I am still upset about it.
